Come join our team of sellers on carolinabeadshop.com and sell your handmade jewelry. We are looking for original and well-crafted work that is handmade or designed by you. Our goal is to connect shoppers with a high quality collection of goods, so we carefully review all applications to ensure a unique shopping experience for all. How much does it cost to participate? There is no setup cost. We only charge a 3.5% fee when sold.

First Things First – To Become a Seller:
If you would like to join fill out the form at the top of the page “Become a Seller” and submit. Once you are approved as a seller, you will receive an email from Carolina Bead Shop with a link that will take you to your store dashboard. Take a look at the tabs on the top of the page seller Settings, Payment and Front Page, please take time to fill out the information in each section.

What is expected of me?
Of course we want this to be as easy on you as possible, but there are a few things we will ask. First off, although we will be working hard to promote the online market and our fabulous sellers, it only benefits yourself and the group to help spread the word! Just as IRL markets, we can not guarantee sales, despite our best efforts-we can only offer the platform to do so.

*We can accommodate variation options within listings (color, size, etc), but the max inventory per listing is 25. We do not take any percentage of your sales, other than the processing fees of 3.5% which is automatically deducted from each sale.

Shipping your items is the responsibility of you, the seller. sellers will be responsible for setting their own shipping rates, and we can accommodate various flat-rates for different regions, i.e. flat-rate price for USA/CAN/UK/AUS/INTL.

When will I be notified if I was accepted? And what happens after?
Please note, we are using an email service for acceptance emails that can be temperamental, so please check your spam and promotions folder to ensure your email didn’t end up there. We can not be responsible for lost emails.

Who gets 1099-K forms?
Carolinabeadshop.com shop owners who use Carolina Bead Shop Payments to process over $20,000 in gross sales for more than 200 orders in a given calendar year.If you have more than one Carolina Bead Shop, you’ll get a 1099-K for each one if their combined sales meet that threshold.

Do you have to have a business license to sell on carolinabeadshop.com?
